The Rev'd W. Tay Moss, Incumbent
As the Incumbent (sometimes called "Rector") of COTM, Tay is responsible for the pastoral leadership and spiritual nurture of the community. A graduate of Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University, Tay is a native of the United States and came to Canada four years ago with his wife, Betsy. He spent his first two years in Canada as the Associate Priest at The Church of St. Mary Magdalene. Tay has a strong background in digital media as well as Clinical Pastoral Care (hospital chaplaincy). His professional interests include liturgy, mission-based church, and contemplative spirituality. An Associate of the Order of the Holy Cross, he maintains his connection to that community. Tay has several hobbies including computers, sailing, and softball. He and his wife are expecting their first child in December. Tay maintains a blog that can be found here.

Eric Osborne, Minister of Music
As the Minister of Music, Eric is responsible for planning and performing Sunday morning worship music, conducting the choir and working with various professional musicians and artists that assist with our worship. A native of St. Mary's, Ontario, Eric's first exposure to the organ and
Anglican church music was as a boy chorister at his home parish, St. James.
Since then he has studied organ with eminent Canadian, American, and English
organists, and possesses a Bachelor of Music Performance degree in organ and
church music from the University of Toronto, and an Associateship Diploma of
the American Guild of Organists.
Between 1997 and 2000 he was the Organ Scholar at Trinity College and the
Healey Willan Organ Scholar at The Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Toronto.
He has served at Anglican/Episcopal Churches in New York State, Alberta and
Ontario.
Besides his duties as a parish musician, Eric finds time to lead workshops
in church music. He has published several articles on organ
history in Canada, psalmody, and enriching a music ministry. His written
works also include several anthem settings, hymn tunes, and a complete cycle
of psalms for the lectionary. He has also recorded a compact disc of organ
music, "The voice of prayer."
His non-musical interests include cooking, iconography, gardening and
English murder mysteries. He has taught courses on iconography and "writes"
icons in his spare time. He is married (Sarah) and has two daughters (Clara
and Sophie) and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bella.

Kerrie Fulton, Director of Children's and Youth Ministry
As the Director of Children’s Ministry, Kerrie is responsible for
developing the thriving childrens and youth ministry and find ways for
children to contribute to worship. Kerrie has grown up and been an integral part of the small town of Holland Landing. Kerrie has a 14 yr old son and works for the York Region Board of Education and just completed a special education diploma course on a
leave of absence. She also works in an outdoor education setting working with inner city children utilizing experiential learning. Kerrie has worked with children since she was
13 as daycamp leader; coached softball; Girl Guides of Canada and taught Sunday school and youth group for over 8 years. Kerrie has many interests including playing baseball,
listening to music, watching movies and enjoy the outdoors! Kerrie thinks children are THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!

The Rev'd Marili Moore, Honorary Assistant
As the Honary Assistant, Marili has a variety of priestly duties in our community. She ocassionally presides at services, especially when Tay is away, but also visits the sick and participates in Sunday Worship. From time-to-time she also contributes her amazing vocal gifts to the choir.

Mr. Douglas Clark, Theological Intern
Douglas Clark, a student at Wycliffe Seminary, has joined the staff at Church of The Messiah for the academic year beginning this fall. Doug is a cradle Anglican born in Woodstock, Ontario, and raised mostly in the rural Southwestern Ontario. Before pursuing his call to ordained ministry, Doug served in the OPP and the Air Force. He has served Methodist congregations in Kentucky and is currently finishing his final year of the Masters of Divinity Programme at Wycliffe College. Doug has come to the Church of The Messiah as a field-education placement, and looks forward to partaking in a variety of ministry opportunities here. You will see Doug preaching and assisting at the Altar, as well as taking part in other church events and activities.
